Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT) using tools like dbt and Airflow
Perform in-depth analysis of large-scale, complex blockchain data (on-chain and off-chain) to uncover key trends and optimize product features
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and deliver actionable recommendations
Monitor company performance, track revenue, and identify user segments to support strategic direction
Design and maintain BI dashboards using tools like Tableau
Ensure data quality and accessibility for the entire organization
Master a cutting-edge technical stack (Python, Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, Generative AI tools)
Qualification
Required
2+ years of professional experience in a Data Scientist, Data Engineer, or relevant analytical role
Exceptional proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction, manipulation, and optimization
Significant experience with Python for statistical analysis, modeling, and building data-intensive applications
Proven experience in building and optimizing scalable data pipelines using dbt and Airflow
Excellent ability to communicate technical findings and methodologies to non-technical audiences
Strong interest in cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and the Web3 ecosystem
