Responsibilities
Manage daily installation schedules and deployment of field crews
Maintain weekly capacity plans based on crew availability, materials, and job readiness
Adjust schedules in real time based on field updates, weather, and operational needs
Partner with field leadership and project managers to ensure installations are fully prepared to launch
Track performance metrics such as on-time starts, crew utilization, and reschedules
Lead and mentor a small team of Scheduling Specialists
Support improvements to scheduling processes, tools, and communication
Serve as a key point of contact between scheduling operations and the field
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in solar, electrical, or construction operations
2+ years in scheduling, dispatching, or project coordination
Strong understanding of residential solar installation workflows
Experience managing or coaching team members
Ability to pivot quickly and make informed decisions under pressure
Skilled with scheduling or project management tools
Excellent communication and organizational skills
