Responsibilities
Lead the introduction and transformation into a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) organization
Facilitate Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, acting as a seasoned practitioner and deployer of Lean tools
Lead large and complex Kaizen events, achieving rapid improvement results across operational and transactional areas
Drive problem-solving through the use and propagation of multiple approaches (e.g., DMAIC, A3, 8D)
Implement the pillars of TPM across multiple sites, demonstrating quick wins with OEE, Autonomous Maintenance, and Planned Maintenance
Maintain OEE and TPM metrics/software systems while reporting performance metrics to executive audiences
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business Management
5 +years leading multiple-site TPM and Lean implementation and successful deployment of OEE and metrics software systems on a multi-site level
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from a reputable organization; TPM or JIPM certification or extensive training
Preferred
Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business Management
Industrial engineering and/or automation training/background
Proven background of leading large and complex Kaizen events
Track-record of problem solving through the use and propagation of multiple approaches (DMAIC, A3, 8D, 3C)
Strong background in implementing OEE business-wide and digital OEE solutions
