Create and implement sourcing strategies and workflows to build robust and diverse candidate pipelines

Identify creative sourcing techniques and tools to activate and engage passive Talent

Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand hiring priorities and adjust strategies accordingly

Manage multiple requisitions with strong pipelines of active and passive candidates to sustain long-term hiring goals

Maintain data hygiene through our applicant tracking system (Ashby) to ensure accuracy of our Talent datasets

Utilize data to set benchmarks and metrics to create targeted sourcing strategies and decision-making
