Responsibilities
Manage the complete lifecycle of assigned products from concept to retirement
Ensure cross-functional team support on all aspects of product design, development, and execution
Drive business analysis and experimentation, capturing insights that inform product design and development
Monitor customer experience and identify/recommend enhancements to improve the experience and lead to greater product adoption
Work closely with the Business Sales team to understand customer needs and pain points and drive product enhancements to address them
Research and understand the competitive landscape in order to provide the products and features necessary for our success
Qualification
Required
5+ years' experience in Product Management or Product Development
Experience with Voice Communication technologies and services is required
Familiarity with telecom industry including regulatory frameworks
Strong analytical ability with data-driven decision-making skills
Strong problem-solving ability with sound judgement and creativity
Proficient with Microsoft Office
