In this role, you will lead the diagnostic imaging department, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while overseeing operational budgeting, staffing, and care delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead the diagnostic imaging department and team by ensuring all policies and procedures meet our standards of practice

Lead the imaging department with oversight of operational budgeting, staffing, delivery of care, and equipment oversight

Collaborate with other members of leadership to continually enhance performance management

Develop plans for different types of diagnostic radiology equipment

Mentor team members / direct reports

Solve complex problems should they arise

Qualification

Diagnostic imaging experienceManagement experienceCA state licensureBLS certificationProblem-solvingTeam mentoring

Required

Bachelor's degree required, or a combination of education and/or additional imaging-related experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree

Minimum of three (3) years of diagnostic imaging experience and two (2) years of experience managing/supervising in a related imaging field required

Certified technologist CA state licensure required

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
