Program Director, Family Reception Center (FRC)

The Program Director will oversee the Family Reception Center (FRC), ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with agency policies while fostering a positive environment for both staff and families.

Responsibilities
Directly supervise social work supervisory and administrative staff; oversee supervision of all program staff at FRC, including student interns
Ensure provision of high-quality counseling and casework services to families, groups, and individuals
Develop and implement staff training in collaboration with the Vice President and Learning & Development department
Implement agency, government, and funder policies and procedures
Develop and nurture community relationships; conduct outreach to maintain robust program utilization rates
Oversee program evaluation and quality improvement activities with staff in coordination with Impact & Evaluation Team
Monitor program budget and ensure timely purchasing/spending within fiscal limitations
Serve as a 'culture carrier' for the advancement of Solution-Based Casework (SBC)
Lead implementation and integration of SBC model, including assessment, outcomes, action plans, documentation, and celebration for families
Provide regular coaching to supervisors to ensure adherence to SBC principles
Participate in SBC training, coaching, and certification process for all staff
Ensure ACS contract obligations are met; liaise regularly with ACS personnel
Maintain accountability system for compliance with FASP submissions, Family Team Conferences, and progress note entries
Ensure appropriate utilization of state and city databases (Connections, PROMIS, DPS One-Stop)
Represent agency on internal/external coalitions, committees, and workgroups; attend ACS and stakeholder meetings
Ensure physical site maintenance and coordination of space, administrative, and supervisory coverage
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in social work or related clinical field required
Minimum 5 years of advanced supervisory experience in child welfare or family services setting
Ability to work at least one evening per week until 8 PM as needed
Strong administrative and social work skills
Commitment to strength-based and youth/family development perspective
Preferred
Social Work or other relevant clinical license preferred
Spanish language fluency preferred
