Responsibilities

Lead and manage surveying projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets

Supervise and mentor surveying staff and field crews

Coordinate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and provide updates

Conduct land surveys, including boundary, topographic, and ALTA surveys

Utilize Civil3D software for mapping and site development projects

Prepare and review survey documents, including parcel maps and tract maps

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal surveying regulations

Manage right-of-way acquisition and surveying contracts

Provide technical expertise in land surveying and assist in problem-solving as needed
