Community Sales Director
Brightview Senior Living is a company dedicated to delivering top-notch services and care in the senior living industry. The Community Sales Director will educate the community about Brightview's services, build relationships with seniors and their families, and manage all aspects of marketing for the community.
Responsibilities
Educate the general community about the services and value of Brightview
Build personal relationships with seniors and their families looking to make a move into either Independent, Assisted Living or Memory care
Act as their guide through a process that is often new, and that can sometimes be complex and confusing
Be involved in all aspects of marketing for the community to include networking, sales, advertising, public relations and community events
Build strong relationships with the surrounding community of health care providers
Ensure that all expectations are met or exceeded in order to make the lives of our residents Vibrant and the community feel like home
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
Previous healthcare/senior living sales experience
Ability to perform community outreach, generate leads, overcome opposition to generate sales
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Strong customer orientation to older adults
Positive attitude, enthusiasm and energy
Ability to effectively communicate in English
