Responsibilities

Contribute to Augury’s company-wide BI vision by helping establish and maintain a single source of truth for all consequential metrics, evolving BI from an engineering-led function into a strategic, organization-wide capability

Inspect, optimize, and rebuild existing data pipelines to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability by identifying changes in underlying data extraction, integrating new delivery data streams, and supporting a MongoDB environment

Develop meaningful KPIs with functional leaders (Product, Delivery, Revenue, Finance) and proactively surface insights, anomalies, and challenges from large and complex datasets to support strategic decision-making

Translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights that help internal stakeholders and external customers understand performance, including demonstrating the value and impact customers receive from partnering with Augury

Construct intuitive, self-serve dashboards, data visualizations, and automations using tools like Sisense, enabling non-technical users to independently explore data and drive their own decision-making

Challenge and elevate Augury’s BI approach by assessing current processes, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements to how BI should scale company-wide, including data governance, warehouse architecture, and best-practice workflows
