Community Program Manager

The Community Program Manager will be responsible for building and managing ambassador programs, executing high-impact events, and fostering engagement within the community to drive revenue and brand loyalty.

Responsibilities
Recruit, manage, and energize ambassadors across key industries such as sports, venues and live entertainment
Identify, plan, and execute high-impact events - college sports conferences, venue summits, trade shows, and meetups
Host product knowledge sessions, workshops, and informational calls for clients and ambassadors
Manage ambassador perks, branded merchandise, and digital campaigns to boost engagement, loyalty, and excitement around vivenu
Attend events to represent vivenu, build connections, recruit ambassadors, and create memorable experiences that lead to pipeline and revenue opportunities
Keep ambassador and event data organized and actionable
Assist with global community initiatives such as forums, labs, and webinars to strengthen connections and knowledge sharing within the vivenu ecosystem
Reports directly to the Head of Global Community and Events
Works closely with Community and Events colleagues across EMEA to ensure global consistency and knowledge sharing
Qualification
Required
4+ years in ambassador programs, community, or field marketing roles where building relationships drove measurable results
Strong existing relationships in sports, live events, universities, or entertainment, and the ability to grow them strategically
Understanding of the connection between relationship-building, events, and revenue; ability to turn introductions into opportunities
Experience planning and executing high-impact events, workshops, or activations from end-to-end
Ability to confidently represent vivenu, host sessions, and inspire ambassadors, clients, and partners
CRM-savvy, organized, and able to manage multiple programs, perks, campaigns, and follow-ups without dropping the ball
Ability to take ownership of programs while working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align on goals and strategy
