Manage all phases of content restoration projects, including pack-outs, inventory, cleaning, storage, and pack-backs
Oversee content teams and ensure proper documentation and handling of all items
Communicate effectively with customers, adjusters, and team members to ensure timely project completion
Utilize industry-standard software to track inventory and estimate content value
Maintain compliance with industry standards and safety protocols
Qualification
Required
Experience in content restoration management
Strong knowledge of restoration processes and insurance claim protocols
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency with restoration software platforms
Excellent Customer Service
Detail Oriented
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
Preferred
IICRC certification(s) preferred (e.g., WRT, Contents)
