Responsibilities
Lead global Finance (R2R, P2P, O2C, FA, FP&A) and HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Time, Talent) workstreams through design, build, testing, and deployment
Establish and enforce project management standards, governance models, and integrated schedules to keep the program on track
Drive execution discipline across teams, ensuring risks are mitigated and deliverables meet quality standards
Manage SI partners, holding them accountable for timelines, methodology, and quality
Oversee data conversion, testing cycles, cutover planning, and hyper care for successful go- live
Qualification
Required
10–15+ years of experience leading large-scale ERP/HCM transformations
Understanding of Finance and HR processes, compliance, and integration
Ability to influence senior executives and manage global stakeholders
Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM (or eagerness to learn)
Preferred
Certifications like PMP, Six Sigma, or Agile
