Responsibilities

Develop the operational foundation of the Customer Experience organization
Act as the connective tissue between technical Solutions Architects, the Sales organization, and the operational teams essential for smooth business function
Manage the systems, processes, and workflows that support customer delivery, onboarding, and overall operational excellence
Collaborate closely across Revenue Operations, Accounting, Engineering, and Customer Experience to deliver best-in-class customer experiences

Required

5-7 years of experience in customer experience/solutions operations, business operations, or a similar role—ideally in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or AI/ML environments
Proven experience managing workflows and data across systems such as Salesforce, JIRA, or similar platforms
Strong ability to bridge technical and operational conversations, working effectively with engineers and business stakeholders
Analytical and systems-minded thinker, capable of turning data into actionable insight
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Previous experience with cloud infrastructure concepts (e.g., Kubernetes, container orchestration, and AI/ML infrastructure)
Familiarity with DevOps or AI/ML tooling (e.g., SUNK, Terraform, Helm, or related platforms)
Willingness to work in a hybrid environment (3 days per week in-office)
