Includes handling inbound sales leads as deemed necessary for both new and existing customers

Required

H.S. Diploma or G.E.D
Established residency in Pennsylvania
Previous Sales Experience
Good Working Knowledge of Desktop Computer Applications
Strong Communications Skills - Oral and Written
Strong Customer Service Skills
Strong Interpersonal Skills

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant field
Previous experience in Telecommunications industry
Good Understanding of Data, Internet and Voice Services
Understanding of the Technology behind routers, hubs and switches
Understanding of Ethernet networking and Wi-Fi
Good working knowledge of Salesforce.com
