Responsibilities

Target, approach and acquire new high value customers using a deep understanding of their strategic business travel/M&E requirements
Collaborate to deliver creative sales solutions such as steering council meetings, key city-based lunch and learn sessions, and other industry thought leadership activities
Develop an in-depth understanding of HRS product solutions and offer a consultative sales approach to potential customers to support their internal strategies
Be a ‘go to’ person for the latest market competitor activity and customer intelligence in the business travel/M&E segment
Identify and flag any product or marketing improvements required to optimize our end customer solutions and engage relevant internal departments
Maintain a consistent ‘pipeline’ that enables meeting and exceeding quota attainment
Actively manage CRM to ensure all customer activity and data is correctly recording and up to date for reporting and analytics purposes

Required

Several years of experience in sales or consulting, ideally within B2B enterprise sales and relationship-building in the large enterprise segment
Proven commercial experience in a comparable meetings & events role, working with senior and C-level executives
Strong ability to drive new business strategy and execute in a fast-paced tech environment with a hands-on approach
Ability to identify a prospect's broader strategic goals—spanning digitization, automation, sustainability, security, innovation, systems integration, data protection, and workforce philosophy
Proficient in MEDDPICC, including identifying key metrics, economic buyers, decision criteria/process, paper process, customer pain, competition, and champions
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills across all organizational levels, including executive audiences
Strong stakeholder management and the ability to deliver creative, objection-handling solutions and negotiate mutually beneficial contracts
Skilled in analyzing complex customer data and using CRM tools daily
Ability to handle pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage both customer expectations and internal resources effectively
Proactive, collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Highly self-motivated, solutions-oriented, forward-thinking, and resilient, with strong empathy, authenticity, integrity, and business maturity
Fluency in spoken and written English
