Responsibilities
Participating in the corrective actions process
Performing Receiving, In-process and Final Inspections
Supporting the calibration of Quality and R&D Lab equipment
Supporting Internal Audits per schedule and direction
Contributing to the generation of standard work instructions
Become the subject matter expert for inspection devices and teaching others
On-site support at the customer if required. (Travel may be necessary)
Follow all company safety policies, mandatory PPE requirements, and operational guidelines
Participate in 5S, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement initiatives
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of hands-on Quality experience in a manufacturing environment
Understanding of product prints and tolerances. GD&T a plus
Skilled at performing Dimensional Inspections when needed
Willing to be trained as an Internal Auditor
Ability to understand and follow process Control Plans
Ability to train others if needed
Capable of supporting the Corrective Action process
Basic computer skills (ERP systems, Excel, data entry)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and perform frequent standing, walking, and bending
Preferred
Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial production workflows preferred
Exposure to 5S and continuous improvement practices is a plus
