Responsibilities

Travel to customer sites with a Field Service Engineer to understand in person support interactions with Rockwell Automation Customers
Support our customers and field personnel with troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in person
Experience the responsibilities of a Field Support Engineer in Motions & Controls to learn how they approach troubleshooting in their respective area of work
Manage customer interactions by setting expectations, capturing the issue, resolution and steps taken to troubleshoot, and following up with customers in a timely manner

Required

Active enrollment in a four year or advanced engineering degree program at an accredited university
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future

Preferred

Cumulative GPA of 3.3 or above with a Mechanical, Electrical or Computer Engineering major in progress
Experience quickly acquiring new information and skills
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience collaborating with diverse groups, including clients, peers, and managers
