The General Laborer plays a vital role in getting the Florence facility up and running by performing construction tasks, maintaining a clean work environment, and supporting operational needs during the factory’s startup phase.

Responsibilities
Assist in construction activities, including assembling temporary structures, installing equipment, and preparing work areas for production
Perform cleanup duties, such as removing debris, sweeping floors, and organizing materials to maintain a safe and efficient workspace
Support equipment setup and basic maintenance tasks as directed by the Factory Manager
Handle material transport, including loading and unloading supplies using hand tools or forklifts (training provided)
Follow OSHA-compliant safety protocols and participate in regular safety briefings to ensure a safe work environment
Complete additional tasks as assigned to support factory startup and ongoing operations
Qualification
Required
No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided for motivated candidates
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working in varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic, reliability, ability to follow instructions, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to Florence, Colorado
Must be at least 18 years of age
Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hats, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots
Availability to work full-time hours, including potential overtime as needed to meet project deadlines
Preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
Basic knowledge of construction tools and practices is a plus, but not mandatory
Forklift certification or other related certifications (e.g., OSHA 10, construction safety) are a bonus
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus
