Responsibilities
Drive design workshop sessions to effectively scope and prioritize user needs/features
Walk through the design process, presenting outputs and iterating on any further design/feature requests
Develop User flows, Sketches, Wireframes & Clickable prototypes (Figma)
Develop user-centered designs based on business requirements and user needs
Develop user flows, sketches, wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes (Figma) to communicate design concepts and user flows
Ensure that designs are responsive and accessible to all users
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with expertise in Figma
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
