Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies with investors to ensure effective and timely dissemination of key financial and corporate information
Act as the primary point of contact for institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders
Foster long-term relationships with key investors to enhance trust and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals
Monitor and manage market perceptions of the company through strategic communication and investor engagement
Work closely with internal teams to align public and investor relations strategies
Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by the market or investors, maintaining a positive and transparent company image
Lead the preparation and delivery of compelling investor presentations, roadshows, and earnings calls
Ensure presentations are aligned with the company’s financial strategy, growth prospects, and risk management
Collaborate with senior leadership and finance teams to craft key messaging and highlight relevant business milestones
Analyze macroeconomic data, capital market trends, competitor activities, and investor sentiment to inform strategic decisions and investor communications
Provide timely insights on market conditions, capital raising opportunities, and threats
Evaluate potential opportunities to support the company’s capital raising initiatives
Provide expert advisory services to senior management on capital markets strategy, particularly equity and debt offerings
Advise on structuring capital raises, including pricing, timing, and investor targeting strategies
Guide the company on regulatory compliance and best practices in the capital markets space
Lead efforts to raise capital through equity, debt, and hybrid financing structures
Build and maintain relationships with potential investors, financial institutions, and advisory firms
Oversee the execution of capital raising transactions, including IPOs, private placements, and debt offerings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred)
At least 10 years of experience in capital markets, investor relations, or financial advisory, with a proven track record in raising capital and managing investor relationships
Strong understanding of financial markets, capital raising techniques, market analysis, and investor perception management
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives, investors, and external stakeholders
High level of strategic thinking, leadership ability, and decision-making acumen
In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements related to capital markets
Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex market data and trends
Preferred
CFA, FRM, or other relevant certifications
Experience in managing public relations and investor relations teams
Fluency in multiple languages (preferred but not required)
