Sales Operations Admin
Auris, formerly Heartland, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join their Revenue Operations team in Oklahoma City. The role focuses on supporting the execution of sales policies and commission processes to ensure operational efficiency across the sales organization.

Responsibilities
Assist in the administration of sales commission plans, including data entry, tracking, and reporting
Partner with Finance and Sales leadership on modeling and monthly payout calculations
Support the implementation and enforcement of sales policies and procedures
Maintain and update sales performance data using Excel and other reporting tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate commission payouts
Respond to inquiries from the Sales team regarding commission calculations and policy clarifications
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
Interest in developing a career in Revenue Operations or Sales Strategy
