Responsibilities

Manage a team of engineers working across hardware, electronics, optical, computer, and mechanical systems

Oversee project schedules, deliverables, and resource allocation across multiple programs

Ensure all lab resources, equipment, and property are properly managed and compliant with company and DoD policies

Coordinate and communicate project status, risks, and milestones to leadership and stakeholders

Support engineering design reviews, integration efforts, and product testing activities

Promote team development, technical excellence, and process improvement

Required

U.S. Citizenship

Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or a related technical field (advanced degree preferred)

8+ years of engineering experience, including task or project management responsibility

Active DoD Secret Clearance

Background in one or more of the following areas: Optical Systems, Electronics Systems, Computer Systems, Mechanical Systems, Hardware Systems Design and Assembly

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment

Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
