Responsibilities
Gain experience working on desktop/laptop configurations and deployments
Manage user accounts and provide end-user support of hardware/software tools
Partner with IT-Acquisitions to collect/update inventory
Work with cutting-edge technologies, gaining insights into the insurance industry and how IT drives business success
Qualification
Required
Enrolled and actively attending an accredited college or university working towards a degree in an Information Technology (IT) related field
Highly motivated with strong customer service and communication skills
A self-starter who is naturally curious and eager to learn new tools while contributing to business projects
Able to follow direction, work independently, and work as a collaborative team member
