They are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support corporate banking transformation projects, focusing on corporate lending, payments, and trade finance systems.

Responsibilities
Analyze and translate business objectives and requirements into actionable solutions
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and validate requirements
Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams to ensure successful system modernization and integration
Perform data analysis, define data quality metrics, and establish transformation and mapping logic
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and provide implementation assistance
Qualification
Required
Tertiary qualification in Finance, Computer Science or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst within banking or financial institutions
Strong proficiency in data and system analysis as well as change management and transformation techniques
Familiarity with business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and customer journey mapping
Proactive, innovative, and equipped with excellent communication and analytical skills
Fluency in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
Preferred
Business Analyst certification or relevant professional certifications (e.g. ECF) is an advantage
Knowledge of loan lending products, lending process, payment process and flow, Trade product is preferred
