Responsibilities
Coaching: Lead age-appropriate soccer sessions for children (ages 2-8) using our structured curriculum
Child Engagement: Foster a fun and positive learning environment while building relationships with children and families
Small Business Exposure: Gain insight into operations, customer service, sales, and marketing
Marketing & Social Media: Help create flyers, social media content, and promotional materials
Inventory Management: Organize and distribute equipment, prizes, and uniforms
Qualification
Required
Must be 18 or turning 18 in the fall
Reliable transportation to our Middletown office and program locations nearby
Outgoing, organized, and responsible
Passionate about working with children and contributing to a team-oriented environment
Available for at least 8 credit hours per week
Approval of internship by school counselor
