Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop your team to ensure high performance and engagement
Manage day-to-day Technical Services operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer service
Monitor and improve team KPIs, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Set team priorities, resolve escalations, and support SOP development and change management
Conduct regular team reviews, performance audits, and client site visits
Collaborate with peers across regions to share and adopt best practices
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and serve as a key escalation point
Report regularly on performance metrics, service quality, and improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10 years of logistics or technical services management experience
Proven ability to lead teams and manage performance
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Experience with operational improvement and cost-saving initiatives
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
Valid driver's license required
Preferred
SharePoint experience is a plus
