Senior Program Manager - Cybersecurity

Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate cybersecurity initiatives
Focus on scan tracking, work assignment, and remediation planning within Oracle systems
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely remediation of vulnerabilities
Development of Plans of Actions and Milestones (POAMs) for complex issues
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in cybersecurity project management, with at least 3 years working with Oracle systems
Proven experience in vulnerability management, scan analysis, and POAM development
Must be a US Citizen eligible for a federal security clearance
Strong understanding of cybersecurity scanning tools and vulnerability management processes
Expertise in Oracle system architecture and security protocols
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Proficient in developing and tracking POAMs and remediation plans
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or FISMA

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
