Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React, Ruby on Rails, Node.JS, HTML, CSS/SASS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, SQL, and related technologies
Leverage AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot) to accelerate development while ensuring code quality and maintainability
Build responsive, pixel-perfect web pages from design mockups
Write clean, secure, and efficient code following best practices and standards
Collaborate with product and design teams to translate user needs into technical solutions that drive measurable impact
Rapidly prototype and iterate on solutions, shipping user-facing products with measurable impact
Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and security across the application stack
Troubleshoot complex technical issues with a focus on performance and security
Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and the overall user experience with a product-focused mindset
Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of user-focused, secure development
Qualification
Required
+ 3+ years of full-stack software development experience in production environments
+ 2+ years of experience using TypeScript across front-end and back-end contexts
+ Expert-level proficiency in ReactJS and modern front-end development patterns
+ Strong foundation in backend engineering - Node.JS preferred, including:
+ Scalable API design (REST or GraphQL)
+ Database schema design and optimization
+ Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong front-end and back-end skills
+ Experience using AI coding tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor) in professional development workflows
+ Track record of shipping user-facing products with measurable impact
+ Node.JS experience preferred, including API design, database schema, authentication, and concurrency management
+ Strong proficiency in building responsive web applications that match design specifications
+ Experience with version control systems such as GitLab or GitHub
+ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to both security and user experience
+ Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in an agile team
Preferred
+ Experience with 'vibe coding' - rapid prototyping using AI tools while maintaining architectural integrity
+ Familiarity with Ruby on Rails, Jekyll, TypeScript, or Python
+ Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG)
+ Experience building LLM-powered features or AI agent systems
