Responsibilities

Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting new clients and conducting discovery calls to presenting solutions, closing deals, and maintaining strong relationships
Promote ERP, CRM, and custom development services while working closely with the technical team to ensure client success

Required

1–3 years of B2B sales experience (software/technology preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to travel occasionally within Ohio and surrounding areas
