Responsibilities
Develop and design innovative graphics for social media platforms and paid advertising campaigns
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and develop creative solutions
Create visual assets, including banners, infographics, and promotional materials that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing to maintain a competitive edge
Qualification
Required
8+ years experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing highly conceptual designs, social media and paid campaign designs
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint
Must have experience designing in PowerPoint
Must have experience working in a client facing role and/or with C-Suite level stakeholders
Experience working in a fast paced, matrixed agency or in-house team environment to develop a range of creative initiatives
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present ideas and concepts
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently when needed
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition
Sound business acumen to adapt while working alongside client-serving professionals
Preferred
Experience in booth design, branding spaces, and corporate events a plus!
