Marketing Professional
Nearshore Business Solutions is building a talent pool of Marketing professionals to help companies drive brand awareness and generate leads. The role involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing content, and collaborating with sales teams to support lead generation efforts.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels (email, social media, paid ads, SEO/SEM)
Create and manage content including blogs, case studies, landing pages, and marketing assets
Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide reports with actionable insights
Manage social media presence and community engagement
Collaborate with sales teams to support lead generation and nurture efforts
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitor strategies
Support brand development, messaging, and positioning
Optimize marketing tools, automation systems, and CRM integrations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
2–5 years of experience in marketing roles (digital, content, or growth)
Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
Proficiency with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, or similar)
Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
English proficiency; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
Preferred
Experience in B2B SaaS, e-commerce, or tech companies
Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Data Studio)
Graphic design or video editing experience
