Responsibilities
End to end strategic sourcing across all indirect categories
Cost reduction, value creation and measurable savings
Supplier governance, performance scorecards and continuous improvement
Business partnering with Operations, Finance, IT, HR and site leadership
Creating structure and process in a low system, data light environment
Supporting a multi site manufacturing network across the US and Europe
Leading and developing a small procurement team as the scope grows
Qualification
Required
Significant indirect procurement experience in FMCG, CPG, personal care, or contract manufacturing
Ownership of $200MM+ indirect spend across multiple high complexity categories
Strong sourcing, negotiation and contract management capability
Ability to operate in data poor, low process environments and create structure
Strong influencer who can drive change without authority across multiple sites
Confident challenging the status quo and introducing smarter ways of working
Hands on, analytical, and comfortable rolling up sleeves to get things done
Clear prioritisation mindset, able to focus on what moves the needle
