Information Technology Solutions & Innovation Intern (Full Year 2026)
Fort Washington Investment Advisors, Inc. is seeking a motivated intern to join their Enterprise Architecture team. The intern will create innovative prototypes using modern development practices and support technology lifecycle management activities.

Responsibilities
Develop innovative prototypes leveraging the latest cloud-based technologies and artificial intelligence
Gather requirements, design solutions, write code, and perform thorough testing
Collect and interpret data to assess solution effectiveness, ensuring accuracy and driving productivity
Collect and analyze data related to system health, development metrics and project resource data, collaborating with IT and business associates as needed
Communicate clearly and professionally through both written and verbal channels
Actively contribute to team meetings and discussions
Deliver solutions in alignment with Western & Southern Financial Group’s Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Architecture Governance Standards
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
3.0 GPA or higher
Full stack development experience (.Net / C# and SQL experience preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills, experience identifying and defining problems; collecting or interpreting data, establishing facts, and providing effective solutions
Motivation and ability to be productive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Self-direction, flexibility, and an eagerness to learn
Demonstrated commitment to quality, emphasizing the need to deliver quality products and/or services
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science or related field of study
Proficient in full stack development required for the position
Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet and presentation applications (MS Office preferred)
