The Vice President of Recruitment will design, lead, and execute the hiring strategy across all roles and locations, focusing on both high-volume technical recruiting and targeted searches for senior operational leaders.

Responsibilities
Develop and own the recruitment strategy for all roles across Threadlock Precision’s operating sites and corporate team
Lead sourcing efforts for technical production roles (machinists, CNC programmers, quality technicians, etc.) as well as leadership positions (engineers, plant managers, operations executives)
Manage and optimize external recruiting partners, including headhunters, agencies, contract recruiters, and temporary staffing firms
Implement data-driven hiring processes with clear KPIs for time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and retention
Partner with plant leadership to anticipate workforce needs and build localized pipelines for skilled labor
Enhance Threadlock Precision’s employer brand within the precision machining and advanced manufacturing sectors
Ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience across all hiring channels
Support post-acquisition integration by assessing and standardizing recruiting practices across newly acquired shops
Qualification
Required
6+ years in technical or industrial recruiting
6+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably within manufacturing, machining, or industrial services
Proven track record managing multiple recruiting channels (agencies, job boards, social media, and contract labor)
Experience recruiting both hands-on technical talent and senior operational leaders
Deep understanding of the precision machining or manufacturing labor market
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and scale processes effectively
