Responsibilities

Serve on Executive Team; collaborate with Controller, COO, and CEO
Direct all accounting functions including operational, tax, real estate, purchasing, and long-range planning
Oversee payroll, accounts receivable/payable, retirement plans, investments, and general ledger
Support annual budget process and provide financial insights to leadership
Attend Board meetings and report on financial performance
Monitor payor mix to optimize financial outcomes
Ensure compliance with filing deadlines and maintain proper documentation
Assist with grant writing and reporting requirements

Required

Healthcare experience required, with a strong understanding of payor mix impact on financial performance
Minimum 5 years of financial leadership experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Non-profit experience a plus
Master's degree in accounting, business administration, or related field preferred
