In-Charge of companies vouchers for payments - High volume Accounts Payable invoices. 3-WAY Match
Manage & Lead your Team of (4) Direct Reports
"Go-To" to resolve any/all issues with vendor invoices - Vendor Management with clients, and/or team
Responsible approving all weekly ACH payments and wires
Review teams - Journal Entries, Reconciliations
Lead month-end close duties for the AP department
Qualification
Required
5+ Years of Accounts Payable Experience; with leadership
Associates Degree in Accounting; Open to experience in lieu of degree
