Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and international accounting standards
Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders as required
Maintain accurate records and documentation for internal and external reporting
Recommend process improvements for efficiency and accuracy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2–5 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or related roles
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
Understanding of tax compliance and regulatory requirements in Latin America
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong English and Spanish communication skills
Preferred
Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA
Experience in multinational or nearshore business environments
Knowledge of payroll, treasury, or financial risk management
