Responsibilities

Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI Gateway and related infrastructure services
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to deeply understand the needs of developers managing production workloads
Translate customer pain points into clear, actionable product requirements and collaborate closely with engineering and design to drive product development from concept to launch
Own key product metrics, analyze performance data, and iterate quickly to achieve product-market fit and drive adoption
Work with marketing, sales, and documentation teams to ensure successful go-to-market and adoption of new features

Required

4–6 years of product management experience leading technical products
Proven experience working with developer tools, APIs, or infrastructure platforms (e.g., networking, observability, security)
A background as a developer or a demonstrable deep technical understanding that enables you to confidently work with engineers on complex architectural decisions
Enthusiasm for shaping the next layer of AI infrastructure and a forward-looking perspective on how AI models will be managed and deployed
Demonstrated ability to prioritise fast shipping, thoughtful scaling, and delivering high-quality user experiences
