Responsibilities

Respond to computer-related questions regarding eBanking software, PC network software, and hardware

Install, maintain, upgrade, monitor, and troubleshoot network servers, PCs, and peripherals

Assist with time-sensitive IT tasks, backup procedures, and period-end testing for core systems

Serve as primary Help Desk support for technical issues and overflow requests

Review daily security reports from tools such as Netwrix, Firewall Analyzer, and Cisco Defender

Manage Umbrella Web Content Filtering changes

Support implementation of new projects:

Help Desk product rollout

New phone system deployment

Digital signature integration

MFA login rollout for network access

Manage M365 environment and SharePoint security changes

Assist with IT audits and compliance initiatives

Provide ITM/ATM technical support

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues

Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve system problems
