Required

Associate's degree required

Minimum 2+ years in facilities management

At least 2 years of supervisory experience, ideally overseeing hourly maintenance staff

Regular presence in manufacturing environments with exposure to dust, heat, chemicals, and noise

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Local travel to facilities, vendors, and training sites required

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks independently

Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities management software

Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with staff, vendors, and clients

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Facility Engineering or related field preferred
