Senior Solutions Architect (Legal AI)
The Developer Link is a late-stage legal tech scale-up that is launching a new customer-facing team. They are seeking a Senior Technical Solutions Architect to own the post-sale technical relationships for major enterprise clients and design customized solutions within a legal AI chatbot platform.
Responsibilities
Own the post-sale technical relationship for major enterprise clients
Act as a client-specific product manager and solution architect, designing customised solutions within a legal AI chatbot platform
Translate complex business requirements into scalable architectural designs and integration patterns
Partner closely with a forward-deployed engineer to ensure successful configuration and delivery of client-specific features
Provide strategic technical guidance (no production coding required)
Become a deep product expert, advising customers on best practices, roadmap alignment, and integration strategy
Serve as the connective tissue between enterprise clients and internal product/engineering teams
Qualification
Required
5+ years in a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar client-facing technical role within SaaS or enterprise software
Strong understanding of software architecture: APIs, integrations, authentication/authorization (SSO, SAML, OAuth), and cloud application design
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Proven experience working directly with enterprise stakeholders — both technical and non-technical
Hands-on experience guiding forward-deployed engineers, delivery teams, or implementation specialists
Deep knowledge of API-based integrations, data flows, interoperability, and enterprise security principles
Experience supporting technical sales cycles such as discovery, qualification, and technical validation
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, business-oriented language
Strong cross-functional experience working with product, engineering, sales, and customer success
Comfortable managing multiple high-impact engagements in a fast-paced environment
Experience with workflow tools, knowledge management platforms, or legal tech (or a strong willingness to learn the legal domain quickly)
Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts including LLMs, embeddings, vector search, RAG architectures, and model-driven workflow automation
