The Team Lead for Student Recruitment will support the development of the GEDU business by overseeing processes and ensuring revenue targets are met while maintaining high service quality.
Responsibilities
At least 5-6 years of experience in International Education/EdTech/Education industry preferably in managing call centre/customer service executives of which at least 2 years should be at a team leader position
Knowledge of LATAM market is preferable but not mandatory. Team handling experience of managing at least 8-10 member
Target driven and ability to achieve numbers in highly competitive environment
Experience and knowledge of setting up processes will be an added advantage
Experience and knowledge of CRM and telephony is a must
Excellent communication skills and team player
Knowledge of pre-sales would be an advantage
Qualification
Required
