They are seeking a full-time Client Services Representative responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a professional environment for clients and their pets.

Responsibilities

Scheduling appointments for multiple doctors and boarding facility
Answering phones on a multi-line system and directing them appropriately
Admitting patients into the hospital
Providing client education
Maintaining a professional environment
Upholding company Core Values
Loving on pets
Other duties as assigned

Qualification

Client service experienceMulti-line phone systemBasic computer knowledgeTeamworkProfessionalismCompassionLove for petsEmotional intelligenceMotivated learner

Required

Able to handle a fast-paced work environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Has basic knowledge of computers
Able to maintain professionalism and provide top of the line customer service
Has experience answering a multi-line phone system
LOVES pets
Is a motivated learner (the medical field is ever changing)
Understands the importance of teamwork
Has emotional intelligence to provide empathy and compassion to clients during some of the happiest and hardest times in their life

Preferred

One year of client service experience is preferred
Cornerstone experience is a definite plus!
