Responsibilities

Full lifecycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, including requirements gathering, documentation, design, testing, training and support

Manufacturing and Distribution areas of Business Central would be primary focus

Document and communicate issues to project management

Identify software or service opportunities for existing and new clients and opportunities that support growth initiatives

Work with customers and development consultants to document business and technical processes, requirements for custom development needs

Assist with application updates and upgrades

Provide on-going support to customers including following-up on tickets with appropriate urgency
