Bloom is a workplace consultancy that partners with small to mid-sized companies to prioritize strong people systems. They are seeking a part-time contract Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, build talent acquisition processes, and support clients in hiring diverse candidates.

Responsibilities
Manage the full cycle recruitment process while providing world-class candidate and applicant experiences
Foster long-term relationships with candidates for current and future opportunities
Strategically go-to-market to support Bloom clients with engaging, assessing and hiring more diverse folks to join their team
Offer a care-centric approach to the application and candidate journey
Advise clients on how to build their team through the lens of inclusion
Cultivate a thoughtful and values driven approach to support our clients with hiring
Provide regular updates and shared analytics with Bloom clients
Flex your creative sourcing muscles to build diverse candidate pipelines
Qualification
Required
Get excited about working in an ever changing environment where context shifting is constant
Care deeply about the candidate, applicant and hiring manager experience
Have experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Loom, Asana and Lever
Take a creative approach to connecting with talent on social media channels
Are passionate about creating positive work experiences for everyone
Have experience building teams through the lens of inclusion
Are a strategic thinker who brings a problem-solving mindset to new challenges
Have a multichannel approach to recruitment: inbound, outbound, referrals, social media etc
Are aware of the power dynamic that exists in the hiring process and work to remove barriers for marginalized and underrepresented communities
Feel comfortable calling-in hiring managers and team members when they are evaluating candidates from a point of bias
Have a thoughtful approach to celebrating folks embarking on new career adventures
Preferred
Bonus points if you have experience recruiting for fashion, retail or e-commerce brands, and maintain strong networks across the United States
