Responsibilities
Act as liaison for HCPs and stakeholders across multiple touchpoints, including:
Onboarding challenges
Contract redline escalations
Complex HCP inquiries
Invoice and payment issues
Business owner questions
Coordinate with travel agencies for non-cross-border engagements
Uphold professionalism, service orientation, and compliance awareness in all interactions
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to resolve issues efficiently and maintain stakeholder satisfaction
Experience in customer-facing or stakeholder-facing roles
Alignment can be Therapeutic Area (TA) or product-specific
Understand the importance of have a correct information management
Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection
