Field Technician III
2 Krew Security & Surveillance is a company specializing in security and surveillance solutions. They are seeking a Field Technician III to lead teams in the installation and maintenance of electronic security systems, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.

Responsibilities
Completes duties on all technician levels
Evaluates and provides feedback on any current and upcoming installations, as well as technicians performing all work
Provides on-site directive to team of installers while maintaining expected completion dates of projects and assisting on installs
Keeps up to date on emerging technology and assists with selection of new products and manufacturers
Ensures all work assignments are successfully implemented and maintained to company standards to include supporting sales, customer services, technical, equipment, training and orientation to meet or exceed standards and forecasts
Assists the Project and Installation Managers with scheduling of work activities and timely delivery of equipment
Installs, programs, troubleshoots, and configures commercial electronic security systems including door access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, low voltage communication, signaling devices, etc
Reviews new installations to ensure the systems are functioning properly and satisfies local code requirements
Demonstrates the company core values as a highly skilled leader on the technician team
Leads multiple teams comprised of Field Technician I and II positions
Manages multiple projects simultaneously within approved hours and margin tolerances
Completes miscellaneous tasks as assigned by managers and/or supervisors
Follows all OSHA standards
Provides leadership and positive attitude for all Tech I and Tech II positions
Directs resources to technicians for any assistance needed during installation processes
Provides technicians expressive examples of proper work ethics, following company standards and expectations
Becomes a champion for change and growth within the department and overall company
Provides a voice for technicians towards company decisions, policies and administration
Qualification
Required
Performs all Tech I and Tech II duties and responsibilities
Ability to be on-call on a rotational basis
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the low-voltage security industry
Possess the ability to develop and present information to team members and clients
Possesses advanced troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
Delivers product training to end-users
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Teams)
Overnight travel may be required on an as-needed basis
Must be able to work in various environmental conditions
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Must be able to work in confined spaces and on ladders and lifts at various heights
Must possess a valid PA driver's license
Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
