Responsibilities
Write detailed and engaging help content, including game rules, feature descriptions, how-to guides, and troubleshooting tips for players
Ensure all help materials are clear, concise, and easy to follow, catering to players of all experience levels
Organize and update content regularly to keep it relevant and accurate with new game features or updates
Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure accuracy of the content
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all game help materials, ensuring a friendly and informative approach
Manage multiple versions of documentation, ensuring all information stays current and accessible for players
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in content writing, especially focused on instructional or game help materials
Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple and engaging way
Good understanding of casino games is a must have
Outstanding editing and proofreading skills, with a sharp eye for detail
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with other teams like product development and design
Passion for producing high-quality content for the gaming industry
Native English speaker or with excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English
