Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI/Tableau to deliver clear, actionable insights to business users
Perform advanced data analysis in Microsoft Excel using complex formulas, pivot tables, and analytical tools to support reporting and decision-making
Apply strong knowledge of data modeling and ETL concepts to ensure accurate, structured, and reliable datasets for reporting solutions
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps that support strategic business decisions
Validate and ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reports and dashboards with strong attention to detail
Translate business requirements into well-designed analytical models, dashboards, and visualization solutions
Communicate insights, findings, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders through dashboards, presentations, and reports
Continuously enhance reporting processes, data models, and visualization standards to improve efficiency, usability, and data-driven decision-making
Qualification
Required
1–5 years of experience in a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar data-focused role
Hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau for building dashboards, data visualizations, and reports
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data analysis techniques
Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and analytics best practices
Knowledge of SQL or other query languages for data extraction and manipulation
Excellent analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
High attention to detail with the ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
MBA, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
Preferred
Experience with Python or R for analytics (optional but preferred)
Exposure to data warehousing concepts and business intelligence tools
